HL Grandly Holds a Commendation Conference to Celebrate Labor Day and Commemorate the May 4th Youth Day
On April 29th, HL held a commendation conference to celebrate Labor Day and commemorate the May 4th Youth Day. The purpose of this conference is to further advocate the social and corporate ethos of "the greatness of workers and the glory of labor", demonstrate the great qualities of the working class such as hard work and silent dedication, vigorously publicize and carry forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmanship, fully stimulate the enthusiasm of the vast number of employees to base themselves on their positions, strive hard, and make contributions. At the same time, it aims to guide young employees to inherit the May 4th spirit and strive to fulfill the new era mission of "patriotism, progress, responsibility, and struggling". Company executives, middle-level cadres, representative team leaders of each plant, and the commended personnel participated in the meeting, which was presided over by General Manager Zheng Wenkui.

Wei Wenqiang from the plant 3 delivered a speech as an advanced representative. He expressed his gratitude for the platform provided by the company and the honor bestowed upon him, as well as for every responsibility entrusted by his position. He also stated that he would always maintain the true qualities of a pioneer in future work, repay the trust with practical actions, continue to base himself on his position, take on responsibilities, and contribute to the development of the company.
President Bao extended warm congratulations to the 14 model workers and advanced individuals, and sent festival greetings to all employees. He pointed out that in 2024, all employees of the company worked hard, overcame difficulties, and achieved double-digit growth in output value, revenue, and cash receipts. In the first quarter of 2025, the company successfully achieved a "good start" in its business performance. Every achievement of the company embodies the wisdom and sweat of all employees.
