On the afternoon of July 11th, the company held the 2025 First-Half Operating Management Work Summary Meeting in the conference room on the 3rd floor of the Technology Center. All senior executives, middle-level managers of the company, all business personnel from the Domestic Market Management Department and International Business Department, technical personnel from the Technology R&D Center, Wheel Hub Unit Engineering Research Center, and the four major plant attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by president Bao.
At the meeting, on behalf of the company's management team, Bao first announced and briefly analyzed the completion of 14 major operating indicators in the first half of 2025. Zheng Wenkui, General Manager of HL , read out the decision on rewarding the excellent management teams that made outstanding contributions to the achievement of production and operation indicators in the first half of 2025. Subsequently, Bao presented bonuses to the excellent management teams.
Each responsible senior executive summarized the work in the first half of the year in turn and reported the work goals, ideas and measures for the second half of the year. President Bao commented on and put forward requirements for key issues one by one.
Bao pointed out the problems existing in the first-half operating management work, and put forward ten guiding requirements in response to these problems and the annual overall operating management goals. He also called on all managers to thoroughly change their work style, adhere to the principle of "taking practical work as the priority and action as the forerunner", and strictly prohibit empty talk without taking actions to solve problems. He urged them to lead their respective teams to focus on the annual operating goals, implement measures guided by the market, supported by technology, and guaranteed by quality, pay close attention to the implementation of key projects and key tasks, fully complete all operating and management goals of the company, strive for personal value and common cause, and promote the enterprise to thrive.
