On July 20th, HL's "Gather Strength, Unite and Move Forward" Youth Talent Show & New Employee Team-Building Activity kicked off at Houchuan Ecological Park. This event was jointly organized by the company's Party Committee, Trade Union, and Human Resources Department, led by Liu Xingmin, the chairman of the company's Union.
A classic old song When That Day Comes opened the curtain of the talent show. The humorous cross-talk The Four Great Classical Novels made everyone laugh heartily, with applause rising and falling continuously at the scene. A classical dance fully displayed the oriental charm, and some employees showed their profound calligraphy skills by splashing ink on paper.
After the performances, all participants voted on the spot, and finally selected the most popular talent programs. Wang Jingru from the Human Resources Department won the first place with her song *Courage*; the second place was shared by the cross-talk *The Four Great Classical Novels* performed by Wang Yuxia and Wang Langjiao from the plant 2, and the classical dance *Plum Blossom Tears* by Yu Dandan from the plant 4; the third place went to the brush calligraphy works by Liu Zhaolin from the plant 4 and Wang Yanping from the plant 2, as well as the song *When That Day Comes* sung by Dong Zhihong from the Purchasing Center. Liu Xingmin, presented carefully prepared prizes to them.
The subsequent fellowship activities pushed the atmosphere to a climax. The "Quick Question and Quick Answer" session tested everyone's reaction speed and knowledge reserve, with questions covering company culture, basic knowledge of bearings, etc. The employees who successfully answered the questions cheered with joy; in "You Draw and I Guess", the two partners of each of the six teams cooperated tacitly, and their exaggerated body movements and accurate descriptions kept the scene filled with laughter; "Reverse Command" tested everyone's reverse thinking, and those who were not careful would "fall into the trap", only those with flexible adaptability could stand out; in the final "Huddle for Warmth" game, as the host announced a number, everyone quickly formed a team and hugged each other, the distance between strangers quietly melted in physical contact, and the scene was filled with an atmosphere of unity and friendship. At the end of the activity, the company awarded prizes to the winning Sixth Team.
This activity not only provided a platform for young employees to show themselves, but also enhanced mutual understanding and trust through relaxed and pleasant interactions.
